Excellent machine that makes good coffee.
Very good and reliable. This is the third of these that I have bought in the last 20 years the oldest was still working when I replaced it so now have 2 in different appts - London and Dubai. Makes perfect black coffee, so I can’t fully review how good it is at white and froth, except to say on the rare times I have brewed white etc it has been very good. indeed.

A wonderful machine - don't hesitate to buy
This was "a considered purchase" but the extensive research on use and particularly cleaning paid off (as did a genuine Black Friday offer) It is absolutely marvellous and perhaps we should advise others not to "consider" for as long as we did!

Ok but slightly disappointed
Looks lovely and makes the coffees but the temperature is poor. Everything is tepid. Miele says this is normal. Quite disappointed given the premium brand and price.
