A compulsory repurchase of an expensive poorly made item that will stop me buying a Miele machine in future
I had to buy this very expensive item after holes developed in the one that came with my new machine after just 8 months of use. Looking at the new filter, it suffers the same weakness where the mesh and plastic meet and will likely form holes again. For such an expensive dryer, the part quality is appalling.
The response from Miele customer support was completely inadequate saying that the problem was down to wear and tear!
