    This is the most useful pan I have ever bought. It can be used on the hob and in the oven. It is very expensive but have you tried taking out 8 adults and 6 grandchildren for a meal? I think for family gatherings it has paid for itself already. I bought the lid too. It’s an absolute breeze to wash too .

    This is an investment purchase and I bought the matching lid as well. So far I gave used it to roast a chicken, make a tray bake and make a ragu on the hob. I am impressed by its versatility and I can imagine it being a go-to pan. It is big, would roast a turkey and feed a crowd. it washes by hand like a dream
