  • Find out about local outlet shops for premium brands - I did, and saved a lot of money.

    I visited the outlet shop in Abingdon. Oddly I live in Oxfordshire but didn’t know there was an outlet. The staff member was hugely helpful and knowledgeable and we talked about why I needed a larger drum capacity on my new machine and came up with the 9kg, which has been fabulous. The price helped the decision too as well as the outstanding back up you get from this company.

  • Perfect! Highly recommend Miele as a company thats way ahead of the curve

    We had been looking for a new machine in a while as we wanted to change our 3 year old machine which has had 12 repairs in that time with something that fitted our new kitchen and Miele appliances so we decided this machine would be ideal. It's been fantastic in the few weeks we have owned it and super quiet. There are so many programs to choose from and it can be controlled with the phone app which is great. I'd recommend this machine and especially Miele as you are not going to get better appliances that will last years.

    This machine is a replacement for my model which had given up after 8. 5years into a 10 year warranty from Miele. I felt Miele dealt with this process very well and a special thanks to Athanasia. As for the new machine, WEG365 WCS we are very pleased with it and it has surpassed our expectations of it.
