Improving your Miele experience

To help us improve your online experience, we’ll be carrying out essential maintenance across our website and Miele App from 9pm on Friday 2 October until approximately 9pm on Sunday 4 October. 

During this time, some of our online services will be temporarily unavailable, including placing orders, registering for events, booking a technician and registering an appliance. 

The systems used by our Miele Service Experts will be unavailable during this time. As a result, our Contact Centre and Service team will be closed until 8am on Monday 5 October.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we make these improvements.
