Restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs

Sparkling results

Don't expect cookery idylls here: In restaurants the highest levels of concentration and physical condition are required. Everything moves quickly. Used crockery and cutlery must be not only spotlessly clean, it must also be ready for use again in the shortest time possible. The Miele technology for commercial washer-extractors also works quickly and efficiently. The machines are powerful, extraordinarily economical and particularly easy to use. But at the same time they clean your washing and crockery particularly gently. Thus we guarantee you perfect results every time and an outstanding first impression for your guests.
Sparkle with Miele Professional
Offer your guests perfect hospitality with the PG 8058 BRILLIANT from Miele Professional. The glassware and cutlery specialist now comes in a set with a full or partial demineralisation system.
As well as the perfect cleaning of glasses and cutlery which renders manual repolishing unnecessary, the PG 8058 BRILLIANT is especially suited to the cleaning of tableware.
Thanks to a versatile range of applications, this machine is also known as the "Allrounder".
Unique fresh water system
Thanks to changing the water between individual programme stages, the Miele freshwater system guarantees a consistently high cleaning quality throughout the entire period of operation, which no other system can.
Tank through-feed dishwashers by Miele
Perfectly cleaned dishes and cutlery with significantly reduced energy costs: This is possible thanks to the new tank through-feed dishwashers from Miele Professional. Four standard and four additional "eco" variants are equipped with a new cleaning and filtration system and offer resource conservation throughout the whole process - for example heat recovery to start with. Economical energy consumption, short programme cycle times and the best cleaning results are the characteristics here.
Water processing - for perfect wash results
The composition of the water is crucial to the results when cleaning glasses and cutlery. Tap water is generally good quality, however the chemical composition varies.
Partial and complete demineralisation
Partial demineralisation:
With partial demineralisation, the particles that cause calcium deposits are removed. Ion exchange is used to reduce the salt content of the water. The result: almost residue-free wash results.
