Premium domestic appliance manufacturer, Miele is well known for its long heritage in producing powerful and reliable corded cylinder vacuum cleaners, tested to perform for the equivalent of 20 years’ use*.  2022 celebrates the latest evolution in this corded product category with the launch of Miele’s new, powerful, compact, and agile bagless cylinder vacuum, the Boost CX1.

Powerful

Boost may be compact, but it is perfectly formed to deliver uncompromised powerful performance, thanks to its efficient 890w motor and innovative floorhead.  In addition, Miele’s Vortex technology with its optimised airways ensures that both course and fine dust particles are captured with airspeed of over 100kph. It features rotary controls to enable the selection of four power settings.

Compact

Weighing just 5.8kg and with a footprint smaller than an open magazine, Boost is ideal for spaces where storage is at a premium.  Its compact size means that Boost is perfect for tight spaces and is less likely to collide with furniture, while a 10-metre operating radius gives the freedom and flexibility to clean any size home.

Agile

Boost CX1 features Miele TrackDrive technology with extra-large wheels on its sides and additional small swivel castors which enable the unit to turn 360 degrees on its axis.  TrackDrive ensures Boost CX1 stays stable and on track while remaining ultra-mobile.  On staircases, Boost stands secure and cannot roll off to the side. The combination of Boost’s manoeuvrability and Comfort height adjustable, stainless steel telescopic suction tube means that even hard to reach corners can be thoroughly cleaned with ease. 

Multistage Filtration

The entry level Miele Boost CX1 features a multistage filtration system, while the Boost CX1 Cat & Dog and CX1 Hard Floor Parquet models are equipped with a HEPA AirClean filter for maximum air hygiene and filtering of 99.999% of fine particles and allergens.  A visible TimeStrip makes it easy to see the perfect time to change the filter while a fine dust filter can be cleaned regularly with water and the supplied cleaning tool.

Easy to Use

Miele’s conveniently designed Vario-Clip ensures three specialist accessories are always at hand ready for every cleaning need such as upholstery or crevices. The dust container has a one litre capacity and is simply and hygienically emptied with just one click, thanks to Click2Open.  The telescopic suction tube and floor head can be conveniently stowed on the side of the unit.  The Boost CX1 Cat & Dog model comes with a TurboBrush to remove embedded pet hair from different types of surfaces.

The Boost CX1 Hard Floor Parquet features a flexible Parquet Twister floorhead designed to manoeuvre gently to protect hard-, wooden- and laminate floors; and three attachments dusting brush, upholstery nozzle and crevice nozzle.  It additionally features a multi-stage HEPA AirClean filtration system for maximum air hygiene and filtering of 99.999% of fine dust particles and allergens.  RRP £329.

The Boost CX1 Cat & Dog PowerLine features Miele’s specialist TurboBrush floorhead designed to capture embedded pet hair; again with the additional three standard dusting brush, upholstery nozzle and crevice nozzle.  It additionally features a multi-stage HEPA AirClean filtration system for maximum air hygiene and filtering of 99.999% of fine dust particles and allergens.
