At Miele sustainability has always been part of our DNA. Our products are tested to last for 20 years. That means that during the development phase of our Dishwashers we test all models & core components with 5600 dishwashing cycles (simulating 5 cycles per week for 50 weeks p.a.) in various programs.
Not only that, our Dishwashers only use as little energy, water and detergent required to provide perfect results and are some of the most energy-efficient dishwashers our there.
Achieving the highest energy rating of A on models within our G7000 range and all models within the Miele Dishwasher range use as little as 6L of water on the Auto Program you can save money whilst being gentle on the planet.
Technology designed for consumer convenience
All product developments at Miele have the consumer at the forefront and our amazing AutoDos technology is a great example.
AutoDos is the world’s first automatic detergent dispensing system with integrated PowerDisk[3].
Precisely the right amount of detergent is automatically dispensed at exactly the right time for the programme selected.
One PowerDisk will last 20 cycles on average[4]. Programme once, then the world’s first autonomous dishwasher takes over automatically with AutoStart.
Large capacity and flexibility
All Miele 60cm Dishwashers can hold up to 14 place settings or 162 items and have been designed with lots of flexibility to enable you to fit everything in.
Our 3D Multiflex Tray holds all of your cutlery at the top of the Dishwashers to make extra space in the bottom basket. Our Middle Basket can be adjusted to 9 different settings and we have lots of additional basket features such as cup racks, optimised wine glass stem holders and hinged rows of spikes which you can lay down flat if required.
Large variety of program options
Our Dishwashers come with at least 5 programs as standard, increasing to 12 on the top of the range models.
All models have our QuickPowerWash option which provides you with a full A Rated wash and dry cycle in under an hour.
Our Eco program uses the least energy and is perfect to run overnight to take advantage of lower electricity costs.
Or let the Dishwasher make the decisions for you with our Auto program. This will use the exact amount of water, energy and detergent required dependant on how dirty the crockery is.
For special items we also have appropriate programs such as GlassCare and Intensive.
Hygiene – Complete peace of mind
Miele dishwashers were already awarded a Proven Hygiene certificate in 2020 (issued by the independent Rhein-Waal Technical University), which confirmed that a Miele model removes more than 99.9% of all bacteria. In 2021, Miele dishwashers were awarded a further certificate with the Golden Virus Seal for the removal of more than 99.9% of viruses (from the independent institute at the Albstadt-Sigmaringen University). Miele is the first and only company to carry the Golden Virus Seal for dishwashers and is proud to be leading the market for dishwasher hygiene, offering consumers peace of mind for keeping their family and their home, safe.
