Employee development is a priority at Miele with our people being central to the business’ success. This is identified through performance reviews, development plans and international coaching and training opportunities for select individuals.
We conduct in-house management training covering specific topics. This training provides managers with the skills and tools they need to enable them to be an effective people manager whilst staying in line with Miele’s policies and procedures. The courses also provide an ideal opportunity to network with other managers within the business, building strong cross-functional relationships.
Every 2 years, Miele conducts a comprehensive employee survey to confidentially ask our employees for their feedback. Results of the survey are communicated to all employees and initiatives are implemented to improve on any areas identified by our people. We focus on employee engagement and enablement with the view to continually improving.
