It a Miele so it’s good at what it does shame about the deisgn issues.
This is an excellent vacuum in terms of cleaning ability with 2 large flaws 1st is the charger, it isn’t built into the wall mount dock so you have to find the cable and plug it it and remember to remove it, which if you have or are used to its main competitor is annoying and potentially expensive if you forget and damage it.Second the dust collection chamber is way too small as it cleans so well it’s full almost instantly 1 room and it’s done and emptying it is messy again it’s main competitor has a much better slide handle to clean it out this one you have to pull apart and it goes everywhere, Also the battery on full power is 10 mins max and I want to use it in full power to clean it as well as it does Solution is another battery and charger but that’s quite the expense at nearly £300 so if you want it as main hoover and you have a large ish house I suggest you get the one with 2 battery’s as you will need it - on the plus side the light is great addition and the ability to self stand is really useful and it cleans better than my bag less plug in Miele over all I am pleased with my purchase however given the cost of it the flaws are disappointing
