To ensure that Miele appliances will stand the test of time and give unbeatable performance for up to 20 years average use, we really put them through their paces in our test laboratories before full production commences. No other brand can claim such a strong commitment to quality, reliability and durability.
Our Quality Pledges
- We subject our motor to a lifetime test of 1,000 hours – 400 hours beyond that which international test institutes demand.
- Our cleaners cover 40 miles on a special test circuit to simulate negotiating thresholds and the impact of collisions.
- The floorheads are tested over 600 miles on different floor surfaces.
