Miele's HyClean dustbag sets new standards for filtration, dust absorption, hygiene and safety. Made from a special fleece consisting of 9 layers it retains more fine dust and small particles than a conventional dustbag.
Together with the motor protection and exhaust air filters it forms part of the 12 stage Miele Air Clean filter system which ensures clean exhaust air. If the vacuum cleaner is fitted with a Miele Active HEPA filter the exhaust air is even cleaner than the actual air in the room.
Miele HyClean dustbags are available in boxes of 4 together with a Super AirClean filter and a dust compartment filter for protecting the motor. They have a colour-coded collar to help remind you which one to select when re-ordering. The contents of a box of dustbags last on average one year. With a box containing 4 dustbags, bags only need replacing approx. every 3 months.
The motor protection and exhaust filters should be replaced on average once a year. This corresponds to the life cycle of the dustbags in the same box.
