  • Your two hour time slot will be confirmed at 14:00 the day before either by text message or e-mail together with the name of the field service technician who will be attending.

Miele Service Technicians are employed directly by Miele. They are highly skilled and trained in our own academy and receive regular training updates to ensure they are kept up to date on the latest appliances and technology.

On occasion we might ask one of our authorised Miele Service Dealers to visit you on our behalf. Our authorised Miele Service Dealers undertake the same in house training as our own technicians and are equally committed to delivering a premium customer experience.

Miele uses the latest fibre optic diagnostic equipment to find and fix a problem quickly and often without the disruption of having to dismantle a machine. Miele technicians also carry 90% of parts on their vans to help minimise the need for return visits, saving you time and getting your appliance back to working order as quickly as possible.

All work is carried out by Miele trained engineers and only genuine Miele parts are used.

Miele Remedy Service Plan

Miele Remedy Service Plan

£117 inc VAT (£123 inc VAT within Central London)

Call out and charge and first hour of labour. Additional time required will be charged at £72.00 per hour charged in 6 minute increments. Replacement spare parts charged as extra.
Repair and replacement parts covered by a 12 month service guarantee which is subject to Miele Service Certificate terms & conditions.

Miele RemedyPlus Service Plan

£249 inc VAT

Price includes call out, labour and replacement spare parts plus 12 months additional cover subject to Miele Service Certificate terms & conditions. Covers any electrical or mechanical faults for the term of the plan.
Cannot be purchased where a previous Miele service visit has taken place within 3 months.
On the first visit, if the required repair exceeds the RemedyPlus policy limit your plan will be cancelled and refunded in full. You will not be charged anything for the visit.

Payment can be made on completion of the repair. We accept all major credit and debit cards or cheques. We are unable to accept cash payments.


Vacuum Cleaner Service

Miele vacuum cleaners are designed, tested and built to last. Treated with care and by regularly changing the dustbag and filters, your vacuum cleaner will give you many years of excellent and trouble free performance.

Occasionally if you feel that operation or performance of your Miele vacuum cleaner has become irregular it may be worth treating your machine to a well deserved service and keep it performing as good as new.
