The SoftClose door mechanism is designed to stop the door at the last moment, leaving it to gently close on its own. When the door opening angle is less than 30° it will close by itself, even with the door shelves fully loaded.

By activating the Super Cool function the temperature in the refrigerator section is dropped to the lowest level for 6 hours, ensuring food is cooled more quickly. The appliance will revert automatically to the normal refrigeration temperature after that time.

This function is used to get the temperature in the freezer down to - 18°C and below quickly and efficiently, freezing food quickly. This can be particularly useful when freezing large quantities of fresh food, as by freezing more quickly, the food retain more of its nutrients.
