Authentic Materials

Materials that are both attractive and modern as well as being extremely easy to maintain, that will continue to look good for decades and that are environmental sustainable are what we call authentic materials. A material is more than a surface; it must unite a number of properties that contribute to its functionality.

White/black

Highly reflective glass, extremely heat resistant on the inside, but safely touchable of the outside.

Stainless Steel

The classic of modern kitchen design. Miele uses top quality brushed stainless steel. CleanSteel offers a luxurious yet extremely tough finish which does not show fingerprints.

Aluminium

A shimmering silvery white material with a silky appearance and easy charm. The surface is hardened to protect it from scratches, and is also extremely resistant to finger marks.

Titanium

Titanium is a precious light metal whose appearance is constantly changing with the light and time of day. Our titanium finish has the same qualities, achieved by applying a ceramic titanium colour with a transparent glass layer to a solid aluminium base. This new surface has a particularly ware colour and silky, matt shimmer, and that’s thanks to the special hardening process. Titanium is very resistant to finger marks, stains or scratches.
