Miele Technicians are all employed directly by Miele and drive our distinctive red vans providing service coverage nationwide. They are highly skilled and all are trained by our own team of experienced trainers, many of whom have previously worked in the field. Technicians receive regular training updates to ensure they are kept up to date on the latest appliance technology.
Service Technology
Miele uses the latest fibre optic diagnostic equipment to enable our technicians to find and fix the problem in the shortest possible time, often without the need to dismantle equipment. Miele technicians also carry 90% of parts on their vans to help minimise the need for return visits.

We can confirm your two hour service appointment slot and the name of your technician by email or text message the day before the expected visit. This allows you to make the most of your day.
