Generation 5000 offers a choice of oven capacity to suit different needs. The single ovens offer an impressive 66 litres with oven trays 17% larger than on the previous range. The compact ovens offer a 43 litre oven cavity making them ideal for the smaller household or as a second oven.
- FlexiClip telescopic runners

The optional FlexiClip telescopic runners make unloading and loading the oven away from the heat of the oven very easy. They are simply clipped into the existing shelf runners and are PerfectClean coated for easy maintenance.
- Side hinged doors

New side hinging on selected single ovens provides a 110° door opening angle for easy access and added user convenience. Left and right hinged models are available.
- Numbered shelf levels

Generation 5000 single ovens offer five cooking levels and compact ovens three. Each shelf level is number embossed into the oven cavity which links in with Miele's cooking philosophy where shelf levels are recommended to ensure best cooking results.
- Pyrolytic cleaning

For effortless maintenance this selfcleaning programme reduces food residues to ash which can be simply wiped away. On top-of-the-range appliances this programme is sensor controlled, with the cleaning duration calculated automatically.
- Moisture plus

Miele recognises that moisture is critical in obtaining perfect results across many different food types. The new Moisture plus function introduces exactly the right amount of moisture to create the perfect dish.
