This function uses the fan to circulate hot air throughout the oven for even baking of a wide range of foods from cookies and cakes to baked potatoes and cheesecake.
- Conventional

With this function both the top and the bottom heating elements are used for baking a wide range of foods without the fan.
- Browning

As its name suggests this function uses heat from the top element and is ideal for melting a cheese topping or browning a meringue.
- Intensive Bake

This function uses a combination of Fan plus and Bottom heat to cook dishes which require the topping to be moist and the base to be crisp, such as pizza or quiche lorraine. The convection system provides intensive heat from several directions yielding brick oven results.
- Auto Roast
-

This programme is designed specifically for poultry and roasts. The oven sears the meat by initially heating to a very high temperature to seal in the flavour and then returns to the pre-selected temperature to complete the cooking.
- Roast probe
-

For perfect roasting results every time, the probe is inserted into the centre of the meat where it constantly monitors the internal temperature of the joint. When there is less than an hour left, the time will start to count down in the display so that you know exactly when the roast will be ready. If the oven is hot enough to complete the cooking, it will automatically switch into energy save mode and complete cooking using the residual heat in the oven.
- Full grill

The full grill uses the entire width of the top heating element and is ideal for large quantities of meat and for browning the topping of larger dishes.
- Half grill

This function only uses the inner part of the top heating element and is ideal for smaller quantities of food.
- Fan grill

This function makes use of the fan to distribute heat evenly over the food and enables lower temperatures to be used for grilling. The roast probe can also be used with this function for grilling larger pieces of meat.
- Rotisserie

The oven cavity is generously sized to allow side-by-side grilling using the twin rotisserie for crispy yet succulent results.
- Favourites

The Favourites function enables you to save cooking programmes directly into your oven's memory. By naming and storing your favourite recipes you can ensure that they are only a finger touch away.
- Sabbath

The Sabbath mode offers a choice of the Bake function or the Conventional function. Once started settings cannot be changed and the oven will operate for a period of 72 hours enabling families to use the oven during religious holidays.
- MasterChef

The MasterChef function contains an easy to-use list of pre-set functions for cooking poultry, meat, fish, baked goods, pizza and potatoes and also has a re-heat function. Simply choose the category of food you wish to cook, enter the weight and follow the intuitive instructions in the display for perfect results.
- Defrost

The defrost programme uses the fan to circulate air, either at room temperature or up to a maximum of 50°C.
- Drying

This function uses a low temperature together with the fan and provides the perfect conditions for dehydrating fruit, vegetables and herbs.
- Prove dough

This function offers a choice of two low temperatures for proving different types of dough.
