Fan plus	Y	Heating air over a ring element in the back of the oven circulating it around the oven cavity
Fan heat	Y	uses top and bottom heating elements togeather with a fan to distribute hot air around the oven
Full grill	Y	This function uses the whole of the top heating element for grilling
Fan grill	Y	The infra-red grill and circulation fan work together to quickly distribute heat from the grill element.
Bottom heat	Y	Bottom heat only, ideal for finishing off pastry bases and for cooking with a bain marie
Automatic roast	Y	Automatically sears and seals meat at 230 C before continuing the roasting at the lower, pre-selected temp.
Intensive bake	Y	Combines Fan Plus with Bottom Heat to cook dishes that require a moist topping and a crisp base
