If you are looking for something a little different, the Miele Tepan is definitely for you! It is designed for oriental style stir-fry cooking, but is by no means limited to oriental ingredients.
This versatile plate is ideal for everything from steak to pan cakes, from fish to a full English breakfast. You cook directly on the plate, and because it requires very little oil or fat it is a very healthy way of cooking.
The Tepan is available in two versions. The CT 400 P is designed for building into a worktop in your kitchen, and the CT 400 MP is a mobile trolley with the Tepan plate built into it.
Designed for use in the home. If you wish to use it outside the home you will need to have the electrical connection point approved for such use by a suitably qualified electrician to ensure safety.
