Great day - well done
My wife and I have been involved in professional presentations over the years, both as presenters and receivers, and we want to congratulate you all on a first class event, very slick, easy going and good use of the cameras. No doubt you have done many of these but it came across as fresh, lively with each presenter interchanging easily with the others. Very well done and a value for money day

Thank you very much for such an enjoyable and educational day on Wednesday 13th August. We have finally started using our combi-oven for the very first time since December when it was first installed! Not an average day...
We suspect that Friday's Lets Do Lunch event was a fairly normal day's work for you all, but we really want you to know that your normal day made a very special one for us! We both came away feeling so pleased with all that we had heard and seen. We were also most impressed with the quiet professionalism and friendliness you showed. As far as we are concerned you could not have improved the day in any way and we are very grateful to you. It was very special and we will remember it for a very long time. Our sincere thanks.

My wife and I attended this event and I am writing to tell you how very impressed we were.
It was an extremely informative and useful seminar, conducted by two excellent demonstrators. They were friendly, patient and very competent indeed.
Most impressively there was no "hard sell" (or even a discernible "soft sell"), and this, coupled with what we saw of the product, has made us decide to refit with Miele.

Thank you to all at Miele in Abingdon. What a great event. The presentations were very good. At last I feel I can move away from using just one setting on my new oven. The experience centre is so nice and the staff friendly, helpful, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. A really worthwhile experience.

Let's Do Lunch
Just to thank you for the very warm welcome we received when we came to the ‘let’s do lunch’ day at the Experience Centre on 17th November. An experience to behold! The Home Economists were friendly and efficient and we thoroughly enjoyed the demonstrations giving us a lot of information about the various Miele appliances, followed by a delicious lunch. Nothing was too much trouble.
