Overview

Celebrating our authority in cooking Miele will once again be the Kitchen Appliance Supplier to the 2010 BBC Good Food Shows, which will be taking place in the Autumn as follows:

22nd – 24th October Good Food Show Scotland, SECC Glasgow
12th – 14th November MasterChef Live, Olympia London
24th – 28th November Good Food Show, NEC Birmingham

 

Good Food Show

The Good Food Shows, once again have a top line up of celebrity chefs, including James Martin and the Hairy Bikers, who will be cooking live on Miele appliances.

In addition, the Good Food Show, Birmingham will also host the MasterChef Experience sponsored by Miele offering five interactive live cooking sessions a day including Miele Cookalongs, to provide further inspiration for visitors to develop their culinary abilities.

The partnership extends our commitment to giving customers the chance to road-test our high-quality appliances at our Abingdon Experience Centre and Gallery based in London.

The MasterChef Experience sponsored by Miele and hosted by Celebrity MasterChef finalist Andi Peters will give visitors the opportunity to try out their talents and demonstrate their passion for great cooking in a series of live cooking events.

Good Food Show


During the interactive MasterChef Masterclasses and Miele Cookalongs visitors will cook alongside a host of celebrity names and culinary heroes showcasing their culinary skills and sharing their tips for success.

Visitors can also test their cooking ability to the extreme, facing the infamous Invention Test where they will be given just 30 minutes to prepare a dish using a selection of set ingredients.

Our Product Showcase will celebrate Miele’s 110 years of appliance expertise with the very latest exclusive products from the Generation 5000 range of cooking appliances, including brand new Design Worlds - white and cool metallic coloured appliances, being displayed.

Every appliance in the collection has been designed to perfectly complement each other, marrying state-of-the-art technology with design excellence, and creating a harmonised, stylish finish to any kitchen installation.

Get hands on

The new Miele DGC 5080 XL combination steam oven will also be on display, alongside our other award winning cooking appliances. The DGC 5080 XL makes quick and easy work of family meals or dinner party menus, combining all the benefits of steam cooking with the programmes and usability of a conventional oven to increase cooking abilities.

In addition to the Generation 5000 range, the showcase will also host the very latest in vacuum cleaning technology. The Miele Hybrid – a dual power high-tech vacuum cleaner which can operate in both corded and cordless mode, and the highly economical Miele EcoLine vacuum cleaner,
which combines optimum cleaning performance with complete energy efficiency.
