Spend the day discovering what your Miele oven can do. The course is made up of demonstrations and practical work, which explain how to use different functions on the ovens from the everyday Fan plus, through to Intensive Bake, Moisture plus and the food probe. Then, in the afternoon, you’ll discuss the cleaning and maintenance of your oven. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions, so you’ll go home with lots of hints and tips to make the most of your Miele oven. Lunch is provided.

Always store your meringues in an airtight container with a piece of chalk, this will keep them crisp and prevent them from going soft.
