Indian cuisine is not as complicated as you think. This course will introduce you to the basic elements of several Indian main courses, side dishes, rice dishes, traditional breads and starters. Using traditional Indian methods and ingredients, our home economists will guide you through the recipes, answer your questions and recommend tools and techniques to produce a perfect Indian meal. Lunch is provided.
