It’s hugely satisfying to make your own bread. You know exactly what’s gone into it, the flavour’s superb and it’s not nearly as difficult as you might think. During the day, you’ll learn how to make your own bread. Miele home economists will guide you through the use of different flours, and using fresh and dried yeast to bake a variety of breads. Lunch is provided.
