Our Appliance Academy’s are ideal for those who have not yet purchased, or for appliance owners who would like to learn how to use their equipment to its full potential. Having cooked using the appliances you will leave feeling full of enthusiasm for the features and benefits of the Miele range - £50 per person.
Steam School
Can't decide if a steam oven is the right purchase for you?
Or do you already own one, but are not sure where to start?
Our Steam School is a hands-on cookery course run by our team of Home Economists. The aim is to take the uncertainty out of steam cooking and prove that there is more to a Miele steam oven than great fish and vegetables! You will work in small teams to create a delicious two course meal straight from the steam oven, and our home economists will be on hand at all times to answer any questions you may have.
Oven School
The Miele Oven School is our latest appliance school, aimed at getting the best from your Miele purchase. Taking a similar format to our Steam School, you will work in teams of three on our full range of single ovens, creating a buffet lunch for you to enjoy. If you haven’t quite made up your mind as to which oven is best for you or simply want to learn how to use your oven to its full potential, this is great day for you.
Combination Steam School
Come along and find out how the Miele combination steam oven will give you the best of both worlds. Traditional oven or steam functions can be used separately with this appliance, but when operated in tandem they will create beautifully moist, yet crisped and browned foods. Whether you have already purchased a combination steam oven and want to get the best out of it or are just thinking about the potential this oven would provide in your kitchen, join us for a day of demonstration and small group, hands-on cooking in our Active Kitchen. As with our other schools, the Miele home economists will be there throughout the day guiding the activity and answering your questions about this exciting appliance.
