Add-an-item

On top of the range dishwashers "Add an item" will appear in the display to let you know whether items can still be added without compromising wash results.

Alternating spray arms

Water alternates between the spray arms for lowest water consumption and noise level.

Auto Close / Drying Plus

Using a similar mechanism to that used by car manufacturers for closing doors and boots automatically, the new Auto-door closure feature from Miele allows you to close your dishwasher door effortlessly.

Auto Sensor

Monitors the turbidity of the water and detects particles. The temperature, water intake, programme duration and electricity consumption are all automatically adjusted to suit the level of soiling.

Automatic load recognition

Allows for the correct amount of water to enter the diswasher and can reduce water consumption by up to 16%.

Capacity

No of place settings : 1 x soup bowl, 1 x plate, 1 x desert bowl, 1 x cup & saucer, 1 x drinking glass and a knife, fork, soup spoon, dessert spoon and teaspoon.

Child safety lock

Special switch in the handle recess, which can be turned to prevent children from opening the door and accessing the cabinet

Cutlery basket

Supplied with cutlery basket in bottom basket.

Cutlery tray with removable sections

The sections can be replaced individually to make room for long stemmed glasses to be washed in the upper basket leaning them safely against glass supports

Detergent Tablet Type

Combination tabs are becoming increasingly popular. By letting the dishwasher know what type of detergent you are using, you can be assured your glassware and crockery gets the best treatment.

ECO Sensor

Measures the murkiness of the water by using a light beam and adapts the programme to the degree of soiling.

Graded on a scale of A - G (A being the best).

This programme is suitable for everyday loads of lightly or normally soiled dishes.

Requires a furniture door for installation - NOT INCLUDED.

Glass care LED

The Glass care LED will light up if the main wash temperature is suitable for glassware.

Glasses quick/Glasses warm

Ideal for glasses. because they do not use rinse aid, there is no residue left on the glasses..

Hygiene

For items where a high level of hygiene is required. Eliminates bacteria from baby bottles, chopping boards etc.

In door salt reservoir

With the container conveniently located located in the door, instead of inside the cabinet. The salt is easy to replenish on models with this feature.

This model requires building into a kitchen unit and the control panel will be on display.

Light soiling 50°C

For lightly to normally soiled crockery.

Maximum Sound Level

Miele dishwashers are amoungst the quietest you can find with some operating at a mere 41 db.

Quick wash 40°C

Perfect for lightly soiled dishes.

Requires furniture door - Not supplied

This appliance fits into a run of kitchen units. It is supplied without a front panel, and needs to be fitted with a furniture door to match your kitchen cabinets.

Sensor wash 55-65°C

This programme uses Eco Sensor technology to monitor the turbidity of the water in the cabinet, and uses this information to adjust the amount of water used and the temperature required, and in doing so optimises programme running times and energy usage.

Sensor wash gentle

A special sensor controlled programme with particular emphasis on glass care. Glasses and temperature sensitive china are washed perfectly and gently. Even stubborn lipstick stains are removed.

Sensor Wash with SensorDry

This programme uses Auto Sensor technology to monitor the turbidity of the water. The temperature, water intake, programme duration and electricity consumption are all adjusted to suit the level of soiling.

Sensor Water softener

A unique electronic sensor measures the water hardness automatically and adapts the water mixture to suit.

Tall Items 65°C

Suitable programme for washing tall or oversized items in the lower basket.

Triple filter system

A unique triple filter system ensures you get excellent results whilst using water and energy efficiently. The coarse, fine and micro filters retain any residues to keep the circulating water filtered and clean.

Turbo Option

The Turbo function reduces the duration of programmes by an average of 30%.

Turbothermic plus drying

After the last rinse cycle room air enters the machine at the bottom of the appliance, and is circulated between the internal and external cabinet walls.

Undercounter

This model is designed for a taller worktop - comes supplied with no lid to be built under and requires a furniture plinth.

Unique cutlery tray

Each item sits securely in its own slot to ensure excellent washing and drying result.

Upper basket height adjustable

Can be raised or lowered or even set on slant to suit the height of the dishes to be loaded.

Variable spray pressure

Some dishwasher models now have a professional variable speed pump which works at different speeds depending on whether the programme is designed for normal soiling, light soiling or heavy soiling.

Waterproof anti-leak system

A double safety valve can switch off the water supply within seconds of a leak occurring.
