test laboratories before full production commences.

The door springs on our dishwashers are guaranteed for the lifetime of the appliance.
Dishwashers with the waterproof system are guaranteed against flooding.
Tests include
Running a 75°C programme for 7,500 cycles – this equates to one load a day for more than 20 years.
Putting the door through 100,000 opening and closing cycles - the equivalent of 13 cycles a day for more than 20 years.
Pulling baskets out and pushing them back in 100,000 times fully loaded – which equates to one wash a day for more than 273 years!
