FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER CARE
Buying Miele is only the start. We hope you’ll be very happy with your new appliance but you may have further queries regarding your appliance or wish to arrange an engineer visit. We have a large team of dedicated after sales advisors available to offer help and advice. They can answer any of your post sales queries and arrange an engineer to visit if you experience a breakdown.

THE MIELE SERVICE COMMITMENT
In the event that your appliance needs the attention of one of our Technicians:
  • We know that your time is valuable so we offer fixed 90 – 120 minute appointment times, confirmed to you by 16h00 the day prior to the agreed visit date.
  • We offer an email and SMS reminder / confirmation service – just leave us with your details when booking the call. Additionally, we offer an automated telephone service should you wish to call in and confirm your visit details – just call 08707 554 466 with your call reference number.
  • Our Customer Contact Centre is open 6 days a week to answer your call.
  • All our repairs, including parts and labour, are guaranteed for 12 months.
  • Our own team of extensively trained technicians are highly skilled and undergo regular in house training so they are up to date on the latest machine technology. Our engineers aim to visit within 3 working days and hold 90% of parts on their vans.
  • On occasion we might ask one of our Authorised Miele Service Dealers to visit you on our behalf. Our small group of specially selected dealers undertake the same in house training as our own Technicians and are equally committed to delivering a premium customer experience at all times. VACUUM CLEANER SERVICING 
Should your cleaner require a repair, call our After Sales Advisors and we will arrange to collect your cleaner from your home or work and deliver it to us for repair. Your cleaner will then be returned to you, all within a few days.

Payment is required on completion of the repair to the Technician or within 48 hours by contacting our Customer Contact Centre on 0845 365 6600. Invoices not settled directly onsite will be subject to a handling charge of £3.00. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards or by cheque. We are unable to accept cash payments.
