    I need to replace one of the brushes, it cost almost £100 is this covered by the 5 year insurance I have with you.

  2. i have vaccuum S7580 one of the wheels underneath has come out and will not stay in when i put it back my husband has looked at it and cannot see how it should stay fitted in the whole.   please help. very annoying when trying to clean as it falls out every time u move the cleaner.

  4. I own a superb Miele S7210 Vacuum Cleaner and the black plastic plate screwed to the bottom rear of the machine has unfortunately lost a piece that helps keep the handle fully upright when not in use.
    The part is held in place by 2 screws and is really simple to remove. On removal and examination the part number is M.-Nr 06803520. Can you advise where can I buy a replacement part and also the cost of same?
    With respect, I would also be happy to have your design team look into this problem since I would suggest that this item may have a weakness that possibly affects other users and could be improved by designing a more robust plastic back plate.
