Why do I have to use a towel to dry out the residue of water left a t the bottom of the rubber seal at the end of my washing session? The drain holes in my machine are above the base of the rubber seal – why? In my previous washer ( a NEFF) the holes were at the bottom of the seal and so there was never any resevoir of water left. Now I am always left with a damp towel!
