Dedicated to Customer Care

Buying Miele is only the start. We hope you'll be very happy with your new appliance but you may have further queries regarding your appliance or wish to arrange an engineer visit. We have a large team of dedicated after sales advisors available to offer help and advice. They can answer any of your post sales queries and arrange an engineer to visit if you experience a breakdown.

On occasion we might ask one of our authorised Miele Service Dealers to visit you on our behalf. Our small group of specially selected authorised Miele Service Dealers undertake the same in house training as our own Technicians and are equally committed to delivering a premium customer experience at all times.

How to Arrange a Service Visit

First, please use our online help tool to see if we can answer your query here. If you are requested to call our service team, please dial 0845 365 6600.

Should you request a Miele engineer to visit, we are able to provide you with the time slot and name of engineer from 4pm the day before the visit.

  • Text Message: Provide us with a mobile number and we will text you the name and 90-120 minute call slot of the engineer.
  • Email: If we capture your email address, we can send you the information electronically.
  • Automated Telephone Service: Alternatively, you can call in from 4.30pm the day before your visit and you will be given your time slot. Call 0845 365 6600 to use this service.

Service Guarantee

All repairs carried out on a specific fault are guaranteed for 12 months. Both parts and labour are covered for this period in association with the same fault.

* Please note this Service Guarantee is valid for appliances up to 10 years old.

  • Miele trained technicians and only genuine Miele spare parts.
  • One charge for call out and labour.
  • Include 1 hour labour.
    Additional time required will be charged in increments of 6 minutes.
  • Replacement spare parts required charged as extra.
  • Repair and replacement parts (if any) covered by a 12 month service guarantee.
  • Subject to Miele Service Certificate Terms & conditions.
  RemedyPlus

   £249 Inclusive (Inc. VAT)
  (or 12 direct debit payments of £20.75)


  • Miele trained technicians and only genuine Miele spare parts.
  • Price includes call out, labour and replacement spare parts plus 12 months additional cover.
  • Covers any electrical or mechanical faults for the term of the plan.
  • Must be purchased in advance of the first service visit / diagnosis and not eligible where a service visit has taken place within 3 months.
  • On the first visit, if the required repair exceeds the RemedyPlus policy limit your plan will be cancelled and refunded in full. You will not be charged anything for the visit.

If you would prefer that the repair is not carried out immediately we would be happy to return at your convenience with the correct parts. There will be a reduced charge for the call if the work required to return your appliance to full working order has not been carried out.

Payment is required on completion of the repair. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards or by cheque. We are unable to accept cash payments.
