Delivery

Miele appliances (excluding Vacuum Cleaners)

The price you will be charged for your appliance includes the cost of delivery and where appropriate, basic connection and disposal of your old appliance.

Delivery will be made to mainland UK and Channel Islands addresses only.

We will aim to deliver your appliance within 3-5 working days of you placing your order, subject to availability.

Our chosen carrier will call you, usually within 2 working days of you placing your order to arrange a delivery to your chosen address at a time and date to suit you.

If you have additionally ordered Accessories or a Vacuum Cleaner or ordered more than one product, these may arrive separately on a different delivery.

Vacuum Cleaners

The price you will be charged for your Vacuum Cleaner includes the cost of delivery.

Delivery will be made to mainland UK and Channel Islands addresses only.

We will aim to deliver your Vacuum Cleaner within 3-5 working days subject to availability.

Our chosen carrier will attempt delivery to your chosen address; if there is no-one available they will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange another delivery date.

If you have ordered Accessories with your Vacuum Cleaner or ordered more than one product, these may arrive separately on a different delivery.

Accessories & Dustbags

Dustbag only orders - Standard delivery

We aim to deliver your dustbags within 3-5 days of order placement. In most cases you will receive your goods sooner than this.

Accessory Orders - Standard delivery

We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days of order placement. These goods will be delivered via our chosen courier and will require a signature.

Express Delivery - Accessories and Dustbags only

For delivery next day before 10.30am, select Express Delivery*. Orders must be placed before 4pm the day before delivery is required.

We deliver to mainland UK and Channel Islands only. For deliveries outside the UK please call 0845 3656605.

*Please note: Only orders placed Monday to Thursday before 4pm will be delivered next day.

Out of Stock items

In the event that any of the products you have ordered are currently out of stock we will inform you in your email confirmation and they will be despatched as soon as they come into stock. Any other items on your order that are in stock will be despatched as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges

All orders below £15 = £4.99 P&P

All orders over £15 = Free P&P

Next day delivery = £9.95

Prices include VAT and are subject to change. Deliveries to mainland UK and Channel Islands only.

Returns

Cancellation of Miele appliances (excluding Vacuum Cleaners)

To cancel an order you must inform us by email to sales.office.Advice.Group@Miele.co.uk within seven days from date of receipt of the product.

If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and arrange for a full refund to the card that was used for purchase.

If you have received the goods, you have the right to either return the goods yourself to our Head Office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire or to request us to collect the goods.

If you request us to collect goods that are not faulty or damaged we reserve the right to levy a charge of £45 for the cost of returning the goods to our Head Office. This cost will be deducted from the refund.

All products must be returned with their original packaging and intact.

All items supplied free of charge with the appliance (EG Care Collection starter packs) must also be returned.

The refund will be made within 30 days of the cancellation date.

Cancellation of Vacuum Cleaner

To cancel an order you must inform us by email to sales.office.Advice.Group@Miele.co.uk within seven days from date of receipt of the product.

If your order has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and arrange for a full refund to the card that was used for purchase.

If you have received the Vacuum cleaner and the product is still boxed, we will arrange a "Goods Return" number for you to put on the box and provide you with the address to return the product.

If the Vacuum is not boxed we will arrange to send you a box free of charge to ensure the safe return of our Vacuum. We will provide you with a Goods Return number and details with the address to return the product.

We will refund you the full purchase price but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Vacuum Cleaner to Miele.

Faulty Item

Miele appliances within guarantee (excluding Vacuum Cleaners)

In the unlikely event that you believe your new appliance to be faulty, please call us on 0845 365 6600 to discuss the fault, if we cannot rectify the problem over the telephone, we will arrange a service visit with a Miele Service Technician or service partner, who will visit your home and inspect your appliance, replacing any failed parts and ensure it is working as intended.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Vacuum Cleaners within guarantee

If you wish to return an item because it is faulty please contact 0845 365 6600 for authorisation to return with a description of the fault.

To ensure the safe return of our Vacuum we will send you a Vacuum Cleaner box which will include a "fault detail form" which you need to complete to confirm the fault.

Once you have received your box please call us on 0845 365 6600 and we will arrange collection of your Vacuum Cleaner for return to Miele.

Upon return our highly trained technicians will inspect your cleaner and replace any failed parts and return the Vacuum to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
